Seminar on Environmental Control and Application of the Environmental Code Concludes in Astana

 In Astana, the next training seminar of the RSE on JSC "Information and Analytical Center for Environmental Protection" of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the topic:
"Environmental Control and Management System. Environmental Code and its Law Enforcement" has concluded.

This time, the seminar brought together 41 participants - specialists of environmental services of enterprises, representatives of higher educational institutions, industry associations and organizations working in the field of sustainable development and natural resource management.

Among the participants were:

The seminar program was built around practical aspects of applying environmental legislation. Participants thoroughly examined issues of environmental control, procedures for obtaining environmental permits, conducting environmental impact assessments, industrial environmental control, as well as current changes in law enforcement practice.

Particular attention was paid to real-world situations professionals encounter in their daily work: preparing documentation, interacting with regulatory authorities, navigating environmental procedures, and mitigating risks associated with industrial operations. The seminar format was designed to balance theory with open professional dialogue. Participants actively raised practical issues, shared their experiences, and analyzed specific case studies from various industries. Today, environmental regulation requires specialists to possess not only knowledge of the law but also an understanding of the mechanisms of its practical application. This is precisely why platforms that offer the opportunity to obtain clarifications, discuss complex issues, and exchange professional experience are so valuable. Upon completion of the training, participants were awarded personalized certificates.
