Kozhumov A.S. Appointed as Head of the Information and Analytical Center for Environmental Protection

By order of the Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kozhumov Ashat Sultanbekovich has been appointed as the General Director of the RSE on the Right of Economic Management "Information and Analytical Center for Environmental Protection".

Kozhumov A.S. is a native of the city of Uralsk.

He is a graduate of the West Kazakhstan Institute of Humanities (bachelor's degree in law), Samara State University (master's degree in economics and business), the Kazakh University of Innovation and Telecommunication Systems (master's degree in law), and the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan (postgraduate degree in public administration).

He began his career in 2014 as the director of a private company. He has teaching experience and has worked in various positions in quasi-state structures and the Astana International Financial Center.

Since August 2025 to the present, he has worked as the director of the department of the State Environmental Information Fund of the RSE on the Right of Economic Management "Information and Analytical Center for Environmental Protection" of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and then as the acting General Director.
