Environmental Control and Management System. Environmental Code and Law Enforcement Practice

Today, an enterprise's environmental specialist is not just a reporting specialist. This is a person on whom the environmental safety of the enterprise, the sustainability of production processes, and the minimization of legal and financial risks depend.

Changes in environmental legislation, increased control, new requirements for documentation and law enforcement practice require not only theoretical knowledge but also a confident understanding of how to apply legislative norms in real work.

This is why the RSE on the JSC 'Information and Analytical Center for Environmental Protection' of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan conducts professional training courses for specialists in the field of ecology, nature management, and environmental support for enterprises.

The Information and Analytical Center for Environmental Protection launches training on its own online platform

The RSE on the JSC 'Information and Analytical Center for Environmental Protection' of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan presents a new format for improving the qualifications of specialists - training on an online platform on the course 'Environmental Requirements of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Enterprises: Practice of Compliance, Control, and Risk Reduction'.

The new educational format is designed for enterprise specialists who need to improve their qualifications without leaving work. The online platform allows you to undergo training at a convenient time, study materials at an individual pace without being tied to a schedule of classes, participation in online sessions, or the need for business trips.

The course includes 36 academic hours of training and provides access to the educational platform for a period of 360 days. During this period, listeners can repeatedly return to the training materials, re-study individual topics, pass tests, and consolidate the knowledge gained in a convenient mode.

The courses focus on practical application and real-world work tasks.
Participants will gain up-to-date knowledge, practical tools, and expert recommendations to help them work confidently within the framework of modern environmental regulations.

The training will cover the following topics in detail:

— recent amendments to the Environmental Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
— the procedure for obtaining environmental permits and undergoing state environmental review;
— conducting Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA), including procedural stages, reporting, and public hearings;
— organizing and implementing operational environmental monitoring;
— preventive environmental control and mitigating the risk of penalties;
— law enforcement practices and common errors made by enterprises;
— practical case studies, analysis of real-world scenarios, and answers to participants' questions.

Particular emphasis is placed on the practical aspects of an environmental specialist's work: preparing documentation, interacting with government agencies, undergoing inspections, and correctly applying regulatory requirements.

The courses are led by practitioners, experts in environmental regulation, and representatives of relevant organizations who possess practical experience in the field of environmental legislation.
